Six roles, before and on the night.
Nomination screening
Checking eligibility, following up on missing details and preparing entries for the judges. Remote, roughly six hours in the two weeks after nominations close.
Registration and welcome
Greeting guests, checking the list, directing people. On the night, from 4:30 PM.
Finalist hosting
Looking after finalists and their guests from arrival to the media wall and into the ceremony. The most important role of the evening.
Photography and film
Second shooters, behind the scenes and social capture. Bring your own kit, credited in all published assets.
Social coverage
Live posting across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook during the evening, from a supplied content plan.
Set up and strike
Room dressing, programme placement, trophy table, signage. Afternoon of the event and immediately after.
